As a graduate of a University that taught "don't worry about the SIJ - it doesn't move" it was so refreshing to do Barb's course and expand my skill and knowledge base. Barb's course focuses on the practical assessment and treatment techniques of the Pelvis and she ensures plenty of time and assistance so that you feel confident enough to implement these techniques ….  Doing the course has given me a lot more confidence to treat complicated sporting conditions of the pelvis.
